They kept me updated on the progress of my order, were so on top of everything, and went above and beyond to help with my vinyl decal. The Proper Thread team is dynamic and acts swift. I needed a minimum of one shirt with the organization’s logo completed in time for an upcoming event. Their transparency and effective communication on what they seek to accomplish not only managed one shirt, but multiple for my fellow volunteers.

My first experience with Proper Thread was great! I stopped in looking for a friend's screen print that he thought was lost forever. The owners of Proper Thread searched for it, and found the needle in the haystack! My friend had no idea that they had opened their own shop after the previous shop had closed, as he lives out of town. They did a great job, and snuck the order in, so I could reveal them to him at a scheduled event! He loved them, and the new colors really popped! Five stars for Proper Thread!...
