10/10 would NOT recommend I bought a vape pen from them a couple months ago and it stopped working. I brought it in to see if they could fix it or replace it for me. the lady said that she had seen that happen before with these pens. (ummm why are you selling products you know are defective????) i asked if i could get a replacement, she looked and me and pointed to a microsoft word print out that says ALL SALES FINAL. I said the pen wasn’t that old and should still be working. The lady rudely said there was nothing she could do... 🙄 I told her I would no longer be giving her my business. she goes, “WOW.....

This place is like home they treat everyone and anyone like family they for the most part know what u want unless u switch it up on them there friendly funny and just a bunch of great women and eli lol the biggest thing I love is they always know there stuff and there product u got a great store in baraboo and as a baraboo resident I would say we have the best smoke shop around and I send anyone and everyone looking for anything thc and the girls...

I’ve always had a really decent experience. The store hours are shifty, and can be frustrating, but it’s understandable. All of the employees are super friendly, and usually great me by name immediately upon entering.
