Washing machine was ordered.Paid fully. Got message that delivery time 10/17/2020 3:30pm to 7:30 pm. Morning 11Am we were not in our house. Got a phone call from delivery people they want to deliver the washer in one hour. We were not in a position to reach house in one hour. So we asked them the reason for abruptly changing time. They said they have some cancellations and that is why. Called them again and informed we planned something since the time informed to us was 3:30 but we will be at house by 2pm. The delivery people said he needs to call the call enter and give a call back. Did not get a call. So called twice. Left message. Then called the store. Spoke with an associate. . Mary. As per her the truck went back because our road cannot have big trucks. That is impossible. All the time 18 wheelers are coming here. Then called the Delivery service Hackbarth Delivery Service. to know why the delivery people said only small truck can come here. The associate at the delivery service cannot do anything. She said someone may call Monday 10/19 and fix time based on their convenience.
Went to store to see anything can be done. Spoke to manager. He said delivery is outsourced he can't control. First he said he can do some compensation. but still did not assure that this will not happen again. We decided to cancel the order and asked for any compensation for the lost time frustrations delay in getting the product. Nothing was given. The home depot did not try to retain us as a customer. Read moreEarlier today I stopped in to find a bulb for an old lamp. Shouldn't be a big deal, right? It was found at an estate sale by my aunt, and seems to require an odd sized bulb. I stopped by Customer Service, and asked for help. Someone was paged, and I went on over to Aisle 1 and waited. And waited. I began to try bulbs that were in open boxes, and came up empty. So, I went back to customer service. Someone was paged again. Nope. Hoping the third time would be the charm, someone was paged again. A gentleman began to make his way toward me from another area, and when I told him what I needed, he looked through the bulbs and then said "Let me find the person who works in this area." He walked off. Disappeared. Never saw him again. At that point I was concerned that I was going to begin screaming my head off at Home Depot out of frustration. Another woman was waiting, so I walked up and said, "Ma'am, you are going to hopefully benefit from my asking for help because I am outta here. Can not wait for one more minute."

I have a 4 year old who loves the car buggy and had been excited about it the whole ride there. When we got to the store, I pulled out a buggy (handle was cool to the touch), situated my 3 month old, then lifted my toddler up. All of a sudden, she let out a terrible scream and started crying. When I asked what was wrong, she said the seat burnt her through her fairly thick denim dress.
After checking out, I mentioned to the customer service representative what happened and suggested they either move the carts to an area that didn't have sun bearing in on the seats or put up some of the window tint. The rep said other folks had complained and the manager knew of the issue but did not wish to make any changes. She then shrugged her shoulders and moved on to another task.
The next morning I called corporate customer service who apologized for the situation and assured me the issue would be resolved. I am going to give them a week then I'll follow up to make sure this safety hazard...
