Got my speakers put into my civic in July, everything worked well and I was genuinely happy with the results of the installation and it went out about a month ago. I had popping coming from a speaker and no audio, thought to myself okay well maybe it was a bad ground or maybe a speaker went out, went to this tronix in Barnegat to get it repaired since they gave me warranty on installation and was automatically hit with “did you get the speakers from us” thing. Wasn’t too pleased with that being the first question for various reasons. Anyways, I say no I purchased everything myself and verified with plenty of sources online on what and I can and can’t use in my car and was hit with okay cool bring it in 2 weeks from then, so I did, took them all day and when I called back they say “hey, your driver door speaker is blown we can replace it for $225” I said ehh idk if I can pay that much right now and I asked if I can look at prices for speakers instead and they recommended me some jl audio 6 1/2s for 100 bucks, I said cool I Purchase the speakers and install them the next day and realized the same door speaker is making the same exact noise they said was causing the pops and making noises when the pops didn’t happen. I said it myself hm, so they turned on the car, didn’t hear any pops, but hear distortion come from that speaker and automatically assume it’s blown, looks to me that they didn’t even bother checking on their installation and instead just took the easiest route possible in “finding the problem” fine, I’ll make another appointment.

I called and rescheduled another appointment for the pops and noise coming from the NEW speaker that was put in and told them to just please find the problem and fix it, this time they called me back and said hey we found the problem it was the REAR speaker that was causing the popping sound, so I said cool and picked up my car and everything went well after that and my car proceeded to have nice sound for about 2 weeks. Just yesterday I ran into the same problem. Again. Popping noise, and when it doesn’t pop distorted audio coming from the drivers door speaker which mind you, is brand new.

Called and was told I’ll have to wait another week for an appointment. Takes me about a month to get something fixed that should’ve been done from the first time I came in and now I’m stuck with zero audio when I drive. I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because Vic was cool otp. Not saying to not come here because I’m sure their wide range of services are good like tints and remote starts but speakers are a bit sketch. Thanks...

This review is many weeks past due. Where to begin. The entire team here at tronix South has been working on my truck, an ongoing project for close to 2 years.. Dodge Ram 2017 Crew cab bighorn - simply too many things to list, But what stands out the most is the sequential amber LED lights on my runner boards, And most recently they installed a monstrous sound system, which was an upgrade to my existing custom system. They recently installed a one of a kind, custom-made Dual sub/dual ported deep stealth box under the back bench (This was completely custom, The box alone was $1400). They installed two monstrous 10" JL10W6's being pushed with a JL HD 1200 mono with a 3.5 farad distributor.. The day after the install the system shut down and wouldn't produce, I was frantic and very concerned. I spoke with the owner, not only was he equally concerned, But he took out his time to explain in fine details what the reasonable explanation could be, I was originally upset, But he assured me that I was truly in good hands, truly he really authentically and genuinely cared about my concern and relieved any anxiety I had. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS PARAMOUNT! After that conversation I felt very relieved and the explanation he provided was legit, and it's very common with Dodge Rams crew cabs (cab sensors and microphones). One week later they were able to make the adjustments, this hiccup was not a fault of theirs. Once they were able to locate the sensors throughout the cab, they easily made the adjustments and it corrected the situation instantaneously, the disruption was actually not a big deal and it was something that took just a few seconds to tweak it was nothing big or damaging..Not only did this team deliver, but they exceeded my expectations. It's for this reason that I've been a repeated customer for 2 years. The truck is a continuous project, and team tronix South are the ones that are responsible for putting together this monster :) and they will continue with its progress. For the sound - Not only is the sound quality impeccable, street signs are blurry, this thing is rattling beverages off of the shelves at Wawa. With the exterior lighting, with the sequential runner boards, sequential mirror blinkers, sequential front headlights and crystal clear 6k LEDs both low and high beams this thing is breaking necks with the lighting and sound....

Brought my one day old brand new car here to get tinted. Tint was completed on Wednesday. Thursday I go check it and there's a gap between the door and the pillar (as shown in pic). I bring it back to Tronix Vic tells me that it might have moved in the door jam. Okay understandable. Vic then replaces both passenger and driver window tint. My wife waits there for almost 3 hours. I checked the redo tint I look and there's indents into the tint as if a tool went into it. Or he pressed too hard with the squeegee and it went into the tint. I question Vic about it (have full convo on video). He proceeds to tell me it's water bubbles, now I'm not stupid and I question him and continue to say that's not water bubbles. He assures me and says "A lot of people doubt me all the time". And I see why they do.

5/13/2023 Not satisfied with Vic's answers, I take the car to Tronix in Toms River. I show them the tint they continue to tell me they would never let this car leave their facility like that. That it's not water bubbles, and it's not coming out the tint in 2 weeks times it's permanent. The tint is in fact damaged And there's other spots where it wouldn't come out either on passenger and driver windows.
