So, I am a self admitted jewelery snob. So I was a bit reluctant at first to go to Hannoush Jewlers. Here's a tip: Drop all preconceived notions before you step into this wonderful store. Every person in there has been nothing but kind and helpful since the process of finding my perfect wedding band for my upcoming nuptials. Polina was my....I can't even describe her as a sales person....she was my personal jewelry consultant. I had a ring custom made, to fit my custom engagement ring made by another jeweler. Polina was SO patient, and kind, and put up with all my nit pickyness like a true professional. I gave her a budget and she had a beautiful ring made, along with very helpful computer generated video so I could see exactly what I was going to get. The ring is stunning!! Recently just made two trips to Hannoush in the Cape Cod Mall. The first trip, my fiancé and I were simply browsing for possible wedding rings for each other. During this visit, we got to work with Ron, he was very polite and informative over financing options and if the ring we wanted was gone, they would be able to custom make one similar to the one we had liked if needed. After further consideration, my fiancé and I headed back to the same Hannoush, where we were helped by Alex, who also was very professional and polite. We were told of how the business takes pride in establishing relationships with their clients and how they will provide free ring sizes, cleanings, and checking on the rings if we bring them back in. Overall, a really great time and a pleasure working with Ron and Alex! We will certainly be shopping with them again...
