Best place in the food court BY FAR. The employees at Charley’s Philly Steaks are absolutely wonderful, especially the male cashier with black hair and the woman with red hair. They are always willing to talk to you about your day while you are waiting for your meal to be ready (which is always done fast & fresh) and you can tell they love their job! My grandmother and I can already tell this place is going to be open for a long time!! Been coming here since day 1 it opened it used to be amazing. Ever since they got a new cheif last year the food it not right. I specifically just ordered the 3 cheese bacon steak sub the bread is so soggy it's not even together it's 2 pieces. There is only 1 piece of bacon on the entire thing. Last time I ordered from them, the sandwich was missing cheese and bacon and I called to get a refund they said no and said it'd not their fault the chef is new.
