Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Barstow

I have shopped at this location before with no problems at all and actually never had a bad experience. I went to the store to return a pair of jeans that were not worn with the tags on. They didn't have my size so I was told I could receive a store credit for 29.99. I asked the worker if I could I find a different pair of jeans in my size and I would pay the difference. She asked another employee and she said I couldn't do that. She said that since I bought the pants online I would have to return them online because they use different banks. I never heard that before but I took her word for it. I left the store but her answer didn't sit well with me. I looked up their return policy and she basically lied to my face. I was upset wondering why would she lie to me and why would the other employee allow her to do so as well. I returned to the store to ask why I was lied to and there was nothing they could say. I then asked if she didn't want to take my return because I am black with tattoos and then the focus turned on me. Now its my fault for asking a question that seemed relevant. I was then given a 17 dollar credit and asked to leave the store. I told the employee I didn't want the 17 dollar credit I wanted my pants back and she refused to give me back my pants. She called for security and I waited outside in front of the store. The security guard was a joke to say the least. He said that I shouldn't have used the race card then he asked me if I can read. I didn't even waste my time entertaining him with his ignorance. I will never shop at Levi's again. I know they don't need my money but no one should have to be treated unfairly based on race/religion/sexuality etc. Black people be aware of the racial profiling by some of their employees at the...

I love Levi's,and this location has wonderful staff. Thank you. As a trucker It's difficult to get home regularly. The Outlets at Barstow is fantastically located. Right up the road from three truck stops. Lots of truck parking in the area (NO TRUCK PARKING AT THE OUTLETS AT BARSTOW, TRUCKERS PARK AT TRUCK STOPS OR IN SAFE LEGAL PARKING AREAS NEAR BY- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER OUTLETS).. Service was as expected. Store was neat and clean. Not crowded. No lines like other outlets. My only issue is that noone was in the same page about the current promotion being offered. Then when I was willing to forgo the promotion my my military discount was denied.
