The kids area wasn't as clean as it usually is, the bathroom in the play area was out of service, the ketchup was empty and not refilled timely, the drink station was covered in dried splashed up pop and syrup, and my sandwich which was a "mushroom swiss" burger - came without the mushrooms. Thankfully I didn't drive-thru, and could have it remade - but this is not the level of service I have come to know from this location over the years, and I hope they get...

All is very exceptional, BUT, Subway took a complete nose dive!! We were regular customers and now no longer would we ever go to that particular SUBWAY in Brewster creek, EVER AGAIN!! Now- McDonalds is the BEST we've ever been to!!! They are professional and always on the customers side and there RESTAURANT is ALWAYS CLEAN and...

This is a medium sized strip shopping mall in Bartlett. They have a McDonald's, Sherwin-Wiilliams, Taylor Street Pizza, Walgreens and several other stores to shop at. They have plenty of parking available and this was easy to get into and exit on this day. This is on Route 59...
