Taylor Street Pizza — Restaurant in Bartlett

I ordered from Taylor Street many times. So many times that I had to give them a long break until yesterday. My taste of Taylor Street pizza changed after giving other local pizzerias a chance. And honestly, nothing against Taylor Street. One bite, everybody knows the rules, right? After a decent hiatus, I no longer enjoy their pizza. The flavor isn’t as intense as other local pizzerias such as Rosati’s, V&V, Sir Nick, etc. Maybe their mozzarella doesn’t have enough salt? Not sure what exactly it is. I give their pizza a 5/10. If others enjoy their pizza, I can totally see the higher scores. But for me compared to what is in the area, I mean Taylor Street is cheaper and it is better than fast food pizzerias like Dominos, Little Cesar’s or Marcos. However, something is missing. Also, they have a decent crunch to their pizzas although I think a better crunch can be added. If I could, 2.5/5 on Google reviews but they do not give me the ability to do half’s. Therefore, I am giving them a generous 3/5 even though it should be 2.5.

Buyer beware They are advertising “CHAR-GRILLED Burgers and chicken breast sandwiches I bought one of each and they are not chargrilled at all. They were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. Why advertise char grill, burgers, and you don’t have it.. the burger remind me of the box of burgers you get for the kids when you’re doing a picnic at the park. false advertising of chard grill anything Burgers, chicken, Polish sausage oh my goodness I would’ve given that food No stars at all, but I couldn’t so that’s why I did one star. and when it comes to the Pizza they need to take note off Chicago thin sliced pizza. If I give give no stars I would have. I never complain or post reviews. However I feel it needed to be done. I had ordered a pizza wings and chef salad. My son and I shared the salad and became extremely sick. I called back to let the manager know and he did not seem to care at at! I work in the restaurant industry and I could not believe the attitude of the manager. His response was " we sold 20 salads last night how are you the only one sick?".
