Stellar Service from Lesley at T-Mobile Store for a Longtime Customer
As a loyal T-Mobile customer of over 20 years, I recently visited this T-Mobile store in Bartlett to inquire about adding a new line to my plan, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received from Lesley. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome, acknowledging my long-standing relationship with the company.
Lesley's extensive knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services was immediately apparent. Despite my years of experience with the company, she still took the time to understand my current needs and preferences. Her patience and willingness to tailor a plan specifically for me reaffirmed my decision to remain with T-Mobile for so many years.

She called me a liar after her employees did not give me items I was unknowing charged for. I bought a new iPhone 15 pro max, they charge you for things and do not tell you the price, nor do they give you the items!!! They are scamming and STEALING from the store. They charged me for a wall charger of $20, a case of $50 and a screen protector of $40. Refused to give be an itemized receipt. And those items they put on my monthly plan over 12 months without my knowledge! And now I can’t get a return because they are in my bill as installments! When I confronted Lesly last night and demanded my receipt I asked why I got charged $20 for a wall charged I didn’t not need nor want and that fact it was not even provided to me, she told me they do this to EVERYONE! I wanted that charge off my bill, and told her I did not receive the items. She said the register was closed and to come back tomorrow to get a return, I said multiple times you did not give me the item! I went back the next day to get my refund as leaky said and the store manager patty refused to give me the refund, said I’m lying and that Lesley said she gave me the item!! This is a flat out LIE! I told her to check her cameras as the charger was never given to me, she refused, and went further to say she just did an inventory and she was correct and im lying! They are LIARS and steal from the store! I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism in my life. I reported them and the store to corporate!

Read moreThis was my 2nd visit to a TMobile store today. The 1st was at Hoffman Estates where the manager was aggressively unhelpful and rude. I left frustrated and ready to return my new phone and switch wireless carriers.
I decided to try one more location and after researching using Google Reviews noticed that TMobile in Bartlett has a much better reputation.
I just left my TMobile store here in Bartlett and the experience was night and day. When I arrived here there were two associates helping customers with several people waiting ahead of me, but it was immediately obvious both people working were trying hard to be helpful and take care of their customers completely.
I waited a few minutes and when it was my turn Jerry quickly diagnosed what needed to be done to complete my transition from my old phone to the new phone my wife purchased for me for Christmas.
Jerry also quickly showed me how to send data files and apps from my old phone that didn't auto transfer to my new phone (instead of telling me it was "too technical", "they didn't do that", and to "go to the Geek Squad at Best Buy" as they did in Hoffman Estates).
Kudos to Jerry and the entire Bartlett location. Jerry did a great job helping me, I bought additional accessories for my new phone, and I will stay TMOBILE as a result of his service.
