Save your money and don't bother ordering from this place. By far the worst Chinese we have ever ordered. We ordered a Sweet and Sour Chicken dinner and a Spicy Orange Chicken dinner for delivery. When I ordered the food I asked for the sauce on the side for both meals. The girl must have been new since she told me all sauces already come on the side. After I ordered I got a call about 20 minutes later from another lady confirming if I wanted my Orange Chicken spicy or not. I should have known from that call the order was going to be wrong.
My food arrived in about an hour and it was a MESS! The lid was not securely on the sweet and sour chicken so the sauce was EVERYWHERE - it soaked through the bag, it was in the rice and all over all the other food that was in the bag. Everything tasted like sweet and sour sauce - awful! The sauce clearly was not on the side for either dish and the chicken was so unbelievably soggy for both meals we couldn't eat it.
I then called to speak to the manager - he told me he would either remake the food or credit my account for a future order. At this point we didn't want to wait another hour to have dinner on a Monday night and I made it very clear we would not be ordering from here again. He then became more interested in arguing how long he had been in the food industry than pleasing a dissatisfied customer. He told me the only way to get my money back was to return the food. RETURN THE FOOD?!!? I have NEVER heard of this before. I told him I would not drive to their location to return the food for them to throw it away in their garbage instead of mine. After a couple minutes of arguing he said he would send his driver to come get it. At the end of all of this he didn't even refund ALL of my money!!

But today it was not like that, the boy who attended us at the beginning gave me a very bad gesture when I politely asked if he speaks Spanish (I am a Spanish speaker), however we continued on. We made our order, nothing out of the ordinary, but when we finished and asked for our check, the manager added 18% service to the bill without even asking us (it was just my son, my husband, and me). When we approached her to ask why, she told us that people always come to eat and leave them a tip because they are providing a service. I told her that I always leave a tip, I also work as a waitress and I appreciate the work they do and how important it is for the server but that she should ask us before including the tip and that if she wanted to add it voluntarily it should be for a table larger than 5 people and %15. She proceeded to change the check for the %15 tip and told us in a very rude way that if we didn't want to pay for the service to make a carry out order. I never refused to pay for service, we always pay for service because we are satisfied. but not in this way, we made it clear to her that what she was doing was not legal and that we would pay 15% but keep in mind that what she was doing could bother other people. we ended up walking out of there leaving more money than expected because we honestly didn't want to argue with her anymore or deal with her bad attitude. Read moreFood used to be good or at least average. My last visit, I ordered beef and broccoli, egg rolls, and beef fried rice. Beef and broccoli was overcooked, same with the fried rice and the egg rolls were soggy. Chinese food is a rare treat for me and I usually look forward to leftovers but I threw everything in the trash. I don't know if I will return after this experience. I would understand if one thing was bad (mistakes happen) but the fact that everything was bad makes me hesitant to risk my money, time, and dinner experience again. I thought about calling and complaining but decided against it due to the fact that many restaurants don't seem to care about customers anymore. Now, it seems like you have to learn the hard way and move on to the next business and hope they will be good. Customer criticism should be appreciated for places that care about quality but most places just resent you for complaining.
