I’ve been seeing Ms. Toni since 2017. She’s been able to help me through different phases of my life. She’s always available and right on time. I’m appreciative of her tone (the way she communicates), her patience (how she’s able to allow me to freely express myself judgement free), and most importantly her knowledge (her analogies are always spot on, helpful, and she always asks the right questions). I’ve learned so much about myself and how to manage my emotions and anxiety. Because of her, I’m able to show up better for myself and show up better in my relationships with my friends & my family.
