Just had an unpleasant experience with one of the ticket person (I guess she is the ticket person in charge). I feel it is best to make your customer experience a great one at all times instead of speaking about the customer to others workers and not expect it to be address. It’s not polite as well as following your customer around in a judgementsl way and then deny it like it’s not being seen. Then try to go back and forth with me that my movie is on another side of the building, when instructed by the ticket collector that my movie was at this location just to find out that the ticket collector was correct after Inwalked to the other side of the building. Today is my uncle’s birthday, we’re celebrating, and we just want to have a great time. We always choose this theater and everytime it’s been a pleasant instead of this particular time. Also, on yesterday I came with a client, the refill on the large combo for popcorn was not fresh and I’ve learned that from not only the taste of the popcorn but the different area were the popcorn was received from. The owner is racist and a liar to embarrass the name of a multi-billionare company.I have been going to this place for yrs and to have some of his upmost rude derespect Stop multiple black families to show proof that our kids belonged to us. Not only that but he let other races in without questions. I came in behind a lady recording him and I was very concerned but knowing me minding my own business I went to pay for my family tickets. I am 5'5 in height and I look very younger than my age which I get carded Alot but a birth certificate to say these are my kids was out of line .I hope she post her recording and show this business up. I'm also seeking action against him also. I advise nobody to support ppl like this who are tearing apart this country with this separated B's and we all bleed red wine 😂...One day he will get it back.
