Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Bartow

Went in to purchase a new phone and case and the girl Jolisa R. Was absolutely horrible I had been waiting for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, while she finished with the customer. Which was not a problem... but when it was finally my turn she seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the store.. and then 2 other people came in and they went first... and she just wasn't exactly friendly . And her sound effects pissed me off. So her customer service skills are poor. So I'll take my business definitely... some where else.......... In September 2018 I gave them a second chance and let me say I will NEVER go back. The owner guy said that the Alcatel 7 is a really good phone and let me tell you.. it is garbage. Doesn't let you know when you have a text and just a POS. They lie just to make a sale. Go some where else so you don't...

The guy was absolutely rude and absurd. Very embarrassing how he spoke to me and acted as my money would have not been good enough. All I wanted was a simple charger. Dude went crazy because the other worker was simply trying to help me out. I forget her name but I want to thank her for trying to go above and beyond but as for the guy.. a piece of work. Very bad customer service and almost got me out of character. And he did all of this in front of other customers. He kicked me out the store before the young lady finished helping me. It's ok tho. This location claims to not have any phones in stock other than iPhones, on 2 different occasions! (I find this extremely hard to believe, considering you're literally a phone provider...thats horrible for business!) Also told my mom 2 different phones were "discontinued" yet the other Metro location in Bartow off HWY 17 said that was not true, and had no issues with his inventory...had everything for all different kinds of budgets! Don't waste your time at...
