Ginger mailed my items and she mailed them incorrectly. A letter going from bath Maine to another place in Maine was then lost immediately. Mail it 4 U was useless over the phone. Even worse the fact I wanted overnight shipping and Ginger couldn’t understand. I even said 24 hours and still was not understood. Her ability to do her job along with being polite and respectful was just not there. Not only getting a response out loud was hard but even harder to communicate with someone whos giving mild grunts and useless responses. She didn’t listen to any request and now my stuff is lost. All due to Ginger and her inability to process orders properly. If she would have selected overnight shipping like I requested this would not have happened. I even mentioned how the price was wrong and she was like hmm…. Like lord woman you need to do better.

Update: found the check completely shredded. Looks to me the mail it for you place shredded the check PRIOR to it being sent to USPS. USPS apologized and is seeking to end services with this incredible disrespectful and...

I walked in just before closing with FOUR massive tires that needed to be returned, fully expecting to be met with stress or hesitation—but not here. Charles and Braelyn jumped right in with a smile and handled everything with total professionalism and an amazing attitude.

The store itself is spotless and fully stocked with every packing supply imaginable—seriously, it’s like the holy grail of shipping gear.

Today my husband dropped off a large load of boxes for UPS. We do business with mail it for you two to three times per week with large quantities going out with UPS. My husband was in a hurry to go to work and when trying to leave a Concord Coach Bus pulled in behind him watching his exit. There was still plenty of room to leave and pull out but the bus refused to let them move and the owners of this establishment decided to do nothing as well. As soon as the people moved behind my husband's truck he was able to back out and then leave for work.
