Walgreens — Local services in Bath

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but I would love to save another from these bad business practices. I called in a prescription on Friday, I went and checked the website they said it would be ready and they were open. I drive to the store and they aren’t just closed on Saturday but also Sunday. I am out of my meds so I call multiple Walgreens to see if I can fill then to only be told no. Last month after an unpleasant experience I tried to switch to the local pharmacy in town but Walgreens never will release the scripts to be transferred. It’s like I am handcuffed to these terrible practices. I get times are tough but as a business owner myself I do everything in my power to ensure people know our hours. They don't ever answer the phone, and when they do, they're rude. Their pharmacists quit all the time apparently. They close randomly without notice. They rarely have medication in stock, so they charge twice when they give a partial. When we go into the pharmacy, we find that they have either put the medication back on the shelf after TWO days, or they say they don't have it after they said it was there. Also, when they're questioned about anything, they lash back. Very unprofessional, rude, and they're messing with people's mental and physical health, along with their lives, because when we were there the other day, we met a woman that had been waiting a week for her insulin. I am ending my many years as a customer. They are never open. Closed on weekends and I have gone days without my medication because of them. The woman I spoke to yesterday was INCREDIBLY rude. She wouldn’t listen to me and spoke to me in a very insulting way and didn’t even know what she was talking about. I don’t really do reviews but I’ve had it with this pharmacy. My doctor sent my medication in three days ago and it’s still not ready and now they are closed for the weekend apparently. They have been doing this to me for MONTHS and many others.
