Highbrow — Local services in Bath

I have been here twice. While the people that work there are fairly nice, both of the people I dealt with made mistakes. The first person gave me a vape pen and did not include the charger. When I went back I asked about the charger. The guy was pretty rude. He actually argued with me that the old pen I had would be compatible and I told him it would not and he got pretty condescending about it. I had to take the pen apart to show him that it wouldn't fit. He also didn't fill everything I had ordered and he didn't explain why to me. Very disappointed 😞 my wife and I had a great experience in the Highbrow in Topsham fair mall road, but in this location it seemed like we were unwelcome. The shortly stout black haired male associate us at the door demanding id, once inside it took over fifteen minutes to have any acknowledgment that we were there. Once we approached the guy he looked annoyed and then I asked if they took credit cards he replied no and pointed towards the door stating that there is a bank near by in a dismissive tone. Some of the nicest employees ever. Great place to go if you are new to this product. They answered all my questions and really got to know what I was and wasn't looking for. The space is very warm and inviting. The rustic wood feel makes you feel like you are in a old country store while the counter space is all modern. The products are all in a bright clean display and easy to see. Plus a variety of product from edibles, vape, and the old fashioned stuff. Prices were reasonable and what I would expect to pay. Even got a free sticker....
