I would not recommend Bayou Title due to poor customer service. The attorney Rachel, who the company uses for closings was very impatient and unfriendly. She seemed annoyed simply because I requested my name to be spelled correctly on the documents I was signing. Most people in American would want their name spelled correctly on closing documents. In addition, she seemed impatient each time I read the documents thoroughly prior to signing each page, this was absolutely ridiculous relative to poor customer service. She is making Bayou Title's business...
