The absolute worst location in the Greater Baton Rouge area, the store manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I’ve worked for a telecommunications for 10+ years, and I take pride in customer experience. The Salesman (store manager) was awful, if he were actually a salesman he would have sold us another phone after we explained there was an issue with our current one! We went to the Airline location and left with iPhones, and it was no where near about as terrible as my experience was at the Florida Blvd location. In fact the experience I had at the airline location was awesome! If these are the people you choose to represent your company you will have no future in today’s failing economy. I’m not a customer with Cricket, however my mother is and she’s 76!! He disrespectfully cut her off while she was explaining her issue with him and after I asked him to let her finish he threatened to put us out of the store and called the police. I’m without child so I 100% was not a threat to him or your business simply because it’s not worth it nor will I jeopardize my reputation. I called corporate and made a complaint, but this was HEAVY on my mind because he was such an unhappy person like my mentor told me “I don’t want mean people working for me” and I live by that!!!
