Cortana Furniture — Local services in Baton Rouge

This review is a little late. Window shopped at store in May of 2024...a beautiful dining table stuck in my head and I came back to make a purchase in July of 2024. Lee and salesman JJ were suprised and happy I came back and offered a bench that went with the set at a discount. Numerous discounts because I had to purchase floor models of the dining set and a chest of drawers I got (last one in stock). Quality and tastefulness of inventory surpasses other big chain stores and smaller ones in the area. I have gotten numerous compliments on the dining set and look forward to using it for holiday dinners! Delivery people dinged my chest upon arrival...Lee did not argue damage...he simply offered a further cash back discount or waiting for a new one to come in. I love the store so much I asked if said 'discount' could bd applied to home decor and he said 'yes.' Cant beat customer service...will recommend store to anyone looking to buy new furniature...

So glad we found Cortana. We walked through 9 or 10 furniture stores yesterday and got a sense of pricing and quality across BR. There is certainly no shortage of high end, luxury stores, but when you’re trying to work with a budget, we couldn’t find anything like that could beat the pricing and quality that Cortana offers. Lee helped us and was generous with his offer of information and options, without being overbearing, in a genuinely beneficial way. We’ll be delivered our purchases in two weeks, so we’ll see how the process continues to unfold. But I was happy to give Lee our business and we’re excited for our purchases. We got more per dollar than we could’ve dreamed of, even in a place like Ashley or Rooms To Go. I...
