I went to this location a couple weeks ago and the situation was so annoying I had to come back and leave a review⦠I did a to go order but when I went inside to pick it up someone else picked it up before I got there.. 20 min later she asked what my name was and thatās when she said āI made it alreadyā and I stated someone else must have grabbed it because I had been waiting there the whole time. There was even another persons order waiting on the shelf since right after I arrived⦠after sitting and waiting another 20 min (not even kidding) i decided to ask if she was remaking it or do I need to reorder? She just repeated āI already made itā ⦠I said I want a refund so I could go because at this point Iām annoyed.. and I wasnāt even acting impatient and trying to be understandingā¦. I asked for an email so I can take care of it later and left⦠I emailed someone to get my money back and never received a response⦠y'all shouldnāt set customers to go orders out where anyone can come grab it⦠workers didnāt offer to remake it at all after I already paid for my food and tipped.. didnāt even seem like they cared and did not tell me the process to receive a refund on food I never got. luckily it was just $14 but Iāll never go to this location ever again.. what doesnāt sit well with me is the fact that they got a tip on my order and they absolutely would not have received one if it didnāt have me tip at the time the order was placed. The manager at this location has really horrible customer service skills and no business sense. Every time I try to redeem a reward or promotional at this store, they have computer issues. I just tried to redeem the Fan Fest for a free smoothie with a food purchase. The QR code couldnāt be scanned even though I paid for the food purchase (Thai Chicken Salad). The manager kept me waiting for 20 minutes while she was supposedly on the phone with tech support instead of just giving me the free smoothie. Then she came back and said because I placed the order on the app, she canāt give me a refund and redo the order to enable me to get the free smoothie. The Thai Chicken Salad was proof that Iād made a purchase. I asked the manager if it was worth losing a customer over a free smoothie when you throw away smoothies that are made incorrectly. She said do what you have to do. She lacks good business sense and has no customer service skills. She wouldnāt give me the free smoothie from my rewards and the promotional ad. She didnāt even offer me a coupon for discounted food. Sheās a liability to this business. I exited the store but then decided to go back inside the store. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt even know where to start. I ordered from Tropical Smoothie through DoorDash, hoping for a quick and easy meal. What I got instead was a complete mess and a frustrating experience from start to finish.
First off, the order I received was entirely wrong. Not only were the items wrong, but the order was under someone else's name. I don't understand how this could happen, and it's incredibly annoying to have to deal with this kind of mistake. I have no idea how this was even possibleādid my order get switched with someone elseās? And on top of that, I now have to waste my time fixing the problem instead of actually enjoying my meal.
The real cherry on top, however, was trying to get this resolved. I called the store hoping to fix the issue, but their phone line wasn't working. Of course, I tried multiple times, only to be met with frustration after frustration. Itās already upsetting enough to receive the wrong order, but when you canāt even reach anyone to address the issue, it just compounds the whole situation.
To make matters worse, Iām unable to leave work to go to the store and sort this out in person. Iām stuck here, trying to resolve something that shouldāve been a simple transaction, but instead, Iām left feeling completely helpless and dissatisfied.
I expect a lot better service, especially when it comes to getting a simple meal delivered correctly. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and itās left me completely dissatisfied.
