Excellent service! Amazing furniture! People are awesome! So.....Iām keeping my original review up ^^^^^^^ So I donāt sound contradictory. When I first made my original review. I truly thought I was satisfied. Hereās what happened. My āSignificant otherā went and looked at a sectional sofa. The sofa she had bought from this company less than 2 years ago was literally falling apart. And the cushions were just useless. Terrible! She has completely furnished several homes through this place. So she felt great about going back there when we needed a new sofa š She took me to see the one she likes. My first impression of the sales lady was that of a āused car salesmanā. I totally didnāt trust her. But I completely kept that opinion to myself. I sat in the sectional sofa. And in the 2 minutes I was there it seemed ok. So we bought it. When it arrived. It was absolutely terrible! The seats wouldnāt line up together. It was sloppy looking (from the back). And the most uncomfortable sofa ever! We had it less than an hour and we were both disgusted with it. I got ahold of the sales woman. And she said we could trade it out. We went on a day she wasnāt at the store. And dealt with a very honest sales lady. I liked her! Anyway, we chose a different sofa set! That one got delivered and OMG it was NOTHING like the one in the store. It was truly like sitting on a plank of plywood. My āSignificant otherā went back! Explained the entire situation and the Manager of the store completely agreed that the showroom sofa was much more comfortable than what we were delivered. She told my āSignificant other ā to keep it for a month and it should ābreak inā. If not we could bring it back. We kept it for about a week and couldnāt handle it anymore. We then shopped around and FINALLY found a beautiful and COMFORTABLE set! We called to get our uncomfortable one returned and boy didnāt that manager change her tune! To make a long story short! They charged her to pick it back up! And also a restocking fee! But what about keeping it for a month?!?! LOL š The bed! That was purchased roughly 2 years ago through the same store. I weigh all of 129 lbs. I was lying in bed watching tv. And I wish I was kidding when I say the mattress fell! The wooden planks that hold the mattress up literally broke! Snapped! We had to go to Home Depot and have wood cut to fit the bed to hold her mattress up!!!!!
These folks should definitely be selling used cars! LOL š. Theyāve all got the āpitchā down perfectly! Save yourself a headache! And a TON of overpriced dollars! Shop somewhere else! Iām expecting I will receive a āsnarkyā comeback. And thatās fine. š Iām only telling the absolute truth! You will never rip us...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn March 2021, we ordered a bed and nightstands, sofa and end tables, and large power recliner. Our salesperson, Eddie, was awesome and very patient as I picked out the furniture I wanted. The delivery of everything went well (other than the delay in getting the recliner but that wasnāt their fault). Once the recliner came, within 2 months, it was broken. I purchased a full warranty on all the products so I called to see what needed to be done to have the chair repaired. After weeks of waiting, they sent someone out that told us the chair had already been worked on once and was not repairable. After several more weeks and what felt like a million phone calls, they finally swapped out the recliner with a new one. The new then broke again 3 months ago in the exact same way the first one broke. (My fault for not looking at the fact that this chair has plywood rubbing against metal underneath so thereās a faulty design.) I immediately put in a new claim. I asked the warranty what it would take to get the chair replaced with another model to which they replied we only repair. (I already knew thatās not the only solution.) Aftwr weeks of back and forth on the phone, they ordered the parts. After a month of waiting for the parts, they came in. There was another misunderstanding about what was actually going to happen the day the parts were simply delivered. So I am now 3 months in with no repair of the chair. I called today to find out why I havenāt received a phone call about scheduling service to which the warranty reply was, I donāt know why. Call this other number to see why. Imagine my frustration when I finally get someone who says they canāt come out to fix the chair (that is quite obviously fault in design) until November 7th, 3 and a half months after I put the claim in.
All of this to say, do your homework on the furniture you buy AND on the warranty being used. This is the worst process to get something fixed or replaced. The worst part about all of this is we know it will break the exact same way if they replace with the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a SUPER DUPER experience with a Saleslady named Keilah Chapman. When we entered, she approached me and my whole family with the upmost respect. She politely requested to assist us in what we were looking to accomplish. Initially we had went to a different Furniture Store and felt as if the deal we were getting was okay but the Salesman there was sort of pushy. Nonetheless, it seemed he was giving us a deal and we really planned to go back, but we just wanted to shop around to be sure, so we told Keilah we were just shopping. She didn't actually apply any of that sales pressure I was expecting. She was actually very helpful...almost like a Customer Service Representative. I have never met a Salesperson like her...EVER!!! I found she was very interested in making sure I felt as if the Bedroom Set I purchased was one I would be satisfied with for years to come. And with the savings she gave me, I'm going to be very satisfied!!! If you need some furniture or if you need help in finding your next piece of furniture, make sure you ask for Keilah Chapman.
