I absolutely love doughnuts from the doughnut store! There's just something about the warm, freshly made doughnuts that always brings a smile to my face. From the moment I walk into the store, I am greeted with the sweet aroma of doughnuts baking in the oven.

As I approach the counter, my mouth starts to water as I see the display case filled with an array of delicious doughnuts. There are so many flavors to choose from, it's hard to decide which one to get. From classic glazed to chocolate frosted, there's something for every doughnut lover.

I always end up getting more than one doughnut because I just can't resist trying different flavors. The doughnuts are always so soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Each bite is like a little piece of heaven in my mouth

But it's not just the taste of the doughnuts that I love, it's also the experience of being in the doughnut store. The friendly staff always makes me feel welcome and they are always happy to help me choose my doughnuts. Love this place!! It was meant to be to stop here!! First off my mawmaw and I went to two different donut places that weren’t open yet, reminder it’s 8:30 am. This was the third and the last stop before I go to work. I was so happy to see open. The outside looks nice like a welcoming environment. Nice display!! When I went inside the lady was so sweet and inviting! They have cute decorations, I knew I was going to be happy first thing I noticed was decorated donuts!! So cute, they have so many different things to choose from, it’s fresh, and the prices are really affordable. I got so many things for $20 I was in shock. My mawmaw loved her biscuit the lady hated it up just a little and it was soft enough for mawmaw! They gave my favorite chocolate milk, Borden. Many different options to choose from. I stopped by early this morning and got an assortment of donuts and breakfast items. The customer service was great and the stkeep a beautiful, clean store. The menu is just like Town Donuts and other donut and kolache spots, but they offer some specialty donuts as well. The maple bacon was crazy good. It was very rich and indulgent, but the perfect treat. I also got a cookies & cream doughnut, an apple fritter and a traditional style cake donut. The apple fritters at Planet Donut aren’t my favorite in Baton Rouge, but still very good. From the selection of savory items I got a classic kolache, a jalapeño one and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Of course the kolaches were light, fluffy and delicious.
