They do not honor their appointments.Sat there looking at the car in the parking lot waiting for an install almost an hour past time before just leaving. They never said a word until I asked for my key back.

I was offerred a 9am appointment but there was NO notification that was the only typical appointment time. I did request 10am and that was agreed to with NO comment of this being an exception or anything of the such. The conversation was literally: "We can take you today." "How about tomorrow morning?" "9am?" "10am would be better." "OK, 10am."

I was NEVER informed how long the work would take, on phone or in person. I assumed an hour after the appointment time, but that has nothing to do with my review since the car was not taken back until I decided to leave.

I was there before 10; when your workers logged the paper work is between you all.

The car was NOT taken into the back at the time you stated - that is a lie. It is also a lie that work was started - nothing was started (you didn't have time to). The car was still in the parking lot at 10:40, when I approached the counter to get my keys.

ONLY when I walked up and asked for my keys was the car pulled around back!

The car was returned in 1-2 minutes to the parking lot, which was only possible because NOTHING had been done and couldn't have been, since it was just pulled around back when I was standing at the counter.

I was told that someone did not come in / you were short staffed ONLY after I requested my key; you could have mentioned this at any time earlier while I was there or even called. Instead, I sat there in the front waiting room, literally staring at my vehicle sit in the place I parked it in for over 40 minutes until I decided to leave.

As explained on the phone, the part that really makes me angry though is the lies in this response. Lying in a public response won't save face on the review, certainly won't get me to remove it, and my integrity cannot be bought...

Came here to get a new stereo installed in my 2007 Honda Accord. Spent almost $300 to get the stereo and 4 speakers installed. I supplied the radio and speakers i only needed them to install it. Everything was brand new they took it straight out of the box to install it. The guy at the counter was nice he told me it would only take an hour or two. I dropped my car off to them and came back 3 hours later and it still had not even been taken to the back. Two hours later i was handed the keys 5 minutes to closing. I got two blocks up the street and suddenly there was static and the speakers cut out. I took it back first thing the next morning and dropped it off on my way to work. Came back on my lunch break 5 hours later and it was ready. By the time I got off at 7 the speakers had cut off again but of course they were closed. By now im pissed and tired of dealing with this. It was obviously a wiring issue. The next day i returned demanding an explanation as to why the installer could not seem to take his time to figure out & fix the problem after I had spent nearly $300 & left my car with them twice for more than 4 hours. The guy at the counter asked for my keys and I ended up spending another hour waiting for the installer to take another look at it. Long story short i left that day and had the same problem. I took it to the Asian guy at ET electronics on Florida. Paid the guy $5 to take a look at it. He went in and tweaked a couple wires near the speakers and behind the radio. A long story. Our coordinating at first did not go smoothly. I reached out through their website with no reply. Luckily a nearby competitor also failed to respond. So, I called later after returning from a trip. I was promised a text was coming with an appointment date and time. It did not. Frustrated, I called the car dealership to see about getting the speaker fixed. The price was so high I decided to try them again. Another call revealed that they had set up an appointment, but the text had not came to me, so I had missed it. They set up another and I arrived on time, but they no longer had the speakers in stock. I bought something slightly more expensive. Sounds like bait and switch to me, but for some reason I don't think that is true. I am currently waiting for them to install the new system. Ace has impressed me. You will almost enjoy giving him your money. I fully expect to soon have a repaired sound system that sounds better than the original, if not I will let you know.
