The Royal Standard — Local services in Baton Rouge

The Royal Standard in Baton Rouge is hands down one of my favorite gift shops! Every time I go in, I find something unique, stylish, and perfect for any occasion. The store itself is beautifully curated, but what really made my visit stand out was the incredible customer service.

Celeste was absolutely wonderful so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to guide me through the store, made thoughtful suggestions, and truly made shopping such a fun experience. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so welcome and taken care of, and Celeste did just that.

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, around 10 a.m., I visited the TRS Perkins location looking for a dress or accessories for the LSU vs. UCLA game. Despite being the only customer, the manager and at least three employees ignored me the entire time I was there. I left feeling disappointed and ended up shopping at Bella Bella and Sweet Baton Rouge, where I received much better service.
