
If the treatment doesnāt work and you want a warranty or your money back, donāt come here. I went on Friday for a keratin treatment b3. I paid over $350 for a color b3, keratin and a haircut. The hair color is great. However, the keratin didnāt work. I was told by the stylist (Stacy) that I should leave the treatment in my hair for 72 hours which I did. Then she mentioned that I would have to come back to get my hair washed with a sodium-chloride free shampoo, I bought the shampoo that she told me to use and I washed it at home. The treatment did not work. I had to work until 10pm last night so of course I couldnāt go to the salon. My husband called the salon and asked for a refund because we literally wasted our money. And what the stylist said was āI didnāt do anything wrong, if the treatment didnāt work thatās on herā we asked her for a refund for the service and told her to charge us for the product that she used. And she said that she canāt because sheās not the owner. I just want to go somewhere else and get my hair done right but of course Iām not going to pay another $350 that I already paid!! Then we asked for the policies and they said that they didnt have policies, so I paid for something that didnāt work and didnāt get my hair fixed or my money back If a client is not happy with the results the provider needs to fix...

I told Patsy? to cut it to mid back length in the pony and save it so I could donate it, cut and style with long layers that started about shoulder length. First she cut it just The ponytail off a few inches below my shoulder. OK shorter than I asked for but dealable. I mentioned it, and told her layer it long with the front around my shoulder because the curls will spring up. She started in the back where i couldn't see how she was cutting it , next thing I know, I've got a shoulder length reverse bob with layers starting about 4 inches long at the top of my head in the back and ending above my shoulder. As soon as I noticed I stopped her. My hair was butchered. Her coworker took over and tried to do what he could, but there was no recovery for 10 inches of hair. I left crying looking like carrot top. Thank god Paris Parker had an opening and was able to salvage it into a decent style but it will take a year or more to grow back to the length and style it was...

I called to set up another appointment and they told me they needed a card on file. They didn't need one last time, and I asked about it, they said now they had a full team it was always a rule but now they were enforcing the rule.
So I think whatever card on file happens. So I give them my card number in my name, but that's not all that they need they also need my ZIP code, expiration date, and security code. In other words complete access to make purchases with my card. This makes me incredibly uncomfortable. This was over the phone I had no confirmation who I was speaking to. Phone numbers can easily be spoofed. And all of this to set up a haircut appointment. Not even anything special literally just a trim.
And again this was not necessary my first time visiting. This seems like a bit much and they have definitely lost...
