Horrible service. I've made contact 3 times in 6 months about various issues. Every time, i get the same response. "I don't know, I'll have R or A call you." Never do i get a call back. I asked why i should I choose Compulink over the corporate 1-800 number for satellite. I'm told "why you get down home neighborly service!" Their neighbors must be jerks. My install time of 10am came and went. No call, no installer. I had to call at 4pm to find out the parts weren't in for 2 more days. And it wasn't till after the holey hacksaw install job that i was told they don't honor the $100 gift card promo that was at the time. (Have to go through corporate for that.) And now after 3 months, the nfl red zone promo is still not turned on. I'm still waiting on R or...
