They like to turn off the lights and lock the doors before 12 which is the time their website says they’re open until. It’s almost as if they saw the lights of a vehicle in the parking lot and turned off the lights. I knew I was coming in 10 mins before close but I get off work late, I was intending on making an easy quick purchase and tipping generously. It seems as if lately the late night employees aren’t as on top of things lately? One of the last times I was in, I waited in the lobby before being greeted/checked in for more than 5 mins but when I was finally brought back, there were 3+ employees and no customers so I am trying to figure out why everyone was too busy to come help me out. In a town with so many dispensary options your best shot at repeat business and keeping those customers loyal is with customer service and having employees who actually care about taking care of the paying customers. I have to leave this review because potters left me STUNNED. The price point is amazing, and that's a great thing, but paired with the welcoming and educational atmosphere? It's stellar! I worked with one of the nicest people in my first visit and they made sure I picked the best edibles (try the Star Babies and Cosmic Crunchies), they helped me pick a good pre roll and we laughed and joked the whole time. Always very friendly. Great atmosphere and people. Designed in a relaxing, comfortable way. They treat me super well. While all the Bud tenders are super great, the one that stands out to me cuz of how super friendly and knowledgeable they are is Quaya. She's always patient with my choices and questions.
