uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair — Local services in Battle Creek

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL (Thats an understatement)I would be leaving a negative amount of stars if it was possible.UNREAL. I made a claim on my phone for a cracked screen through Asurion and showed up 3 hours before it closed. Was told that they couldn't repair the screen because the frame was dented. Went to another place just to find out that the frame gets replaced as well as the screen. When I went back to his place to ask him why he didn't want to repair it, instead of giving me an answer, he became extremely irate and started screaming at the top of his lungs "GO, GO, GO GET OUT OF THE STORE!" Then I said, can you at least tell me why you don't want to repair it? He then told me he was calling the police and started dialing 911 on his phone (lmao). Normally it wouldn't matter and I would just take it to another place, but I'm a very busy person and this is the first time in it being broken for 2 weeks that I've had a chance to be able to get it repaired.. That being said..... Neither my family, my friends, myself, or ANYONE with an ear to hear my awful and UNPROFESSIONAL experience will be returning to that store for ANY service whatsoever. Hope it was worth it. Because I know quite a bit of people in their operating area. They need to terminate that guy and get someone more professional. Not to mention, he said it would take over 2 hours to repair.. The guy down the street said it takes less than a half an hour. I don't know what the reason behind all the lies is, but extremely...

Incredible customer service! I dropped my iPhone 11 on the sidewalk and shattered the glass, but the phone still worked, and since it's so old I had no warranty to cover fixes, and I didn't want to pay the high Apple repair prices and wait several weeks for a phone that's barely worth much anymore anyway. uBreakiFix offered a great option to replace the screen with a 3rd party screen at a fair price, and they had it done within a few hours even though they were busy.

Fast-forward a few weeks, and the screen is still working great, but I wasn't being careful about water because I was used to the fantastic water resistance of original Apple parts. I dropped the phone in about a foot of water on the beach, and the screen went blank. I brought it back to uBreakiFix, admitting I hadn't been as careful as I could have been, and they were incredibly helpful and cut me a break on repair costs as a courtesy!

I couldn't be happier with how kind and helpful all of the staff here are. They understand how difficult it can be to go without a device we probably rely on way too much every day, and they do their best to fix it incredibly quickly at very reasonable prices. I hope I don't have any more broken items anytime soon, but I will definitely be bringing anything else that...

I unfortunately broke my phone's screen while on vacation. BAD. I searched for a repair shop and saw uBreakiFix in Battle Creek. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do about fixing the phone or buying a new one. I called to see what the basic price was to help with my decision. I am rarely surprised with the quality of service these days, but I had the best discussion ever. In a few short minutes I was armed with all of the information I needed to make my decision. I also knew that they had the parts for my phone and knew they could transfer my data to a new phone even if I didn't get the broke phone repaired. I did end up buying a new phone and the price quoted to me from uBreakiFix was cheaper than where I bought my new phone. When I went in, the service was amazing and quick. I loved that I was presented with multiple options and allowed to make my decision. No pressure and I felt like they were always looking out for my best interests. I will be happy to use their service the next time and recommend...
