This is an example of a poorly updated Burger King store. The employees are great, but the store it's a relic from my childhood. Unfortunately the soda machine is too including worn switches and tight quarters for a large cup. I ordered the impossible whopper, and opted to have it not cooked on the grill to avoid picking up meat juice, which would defeat the purpose of the vegan patty. There alternative was the microwave. I have cooked many veggie patties in the microwave, and it is a science. I was convinced the employees, as skilled as they are, weren't going to get it right. However, I was feeling excited about the well-promoted burger, and I thought they must have figured it out considering the promotion indicated they would prepare the patty alternatively to the flame broiler. Unfortunately I was right that their microwave technique was flawed. The outside inch of the patty (most of the entire patty) was rock hard. I understand that it is not common practice to microwave burgers, so I am not disappointed by the quality necessarily, but perhaps there is a way to cook the patties without sharing...
Read moreHusband and I stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich; one car in line in front of us. We ordered the 2 for $5, bacon, egg and cheese croissants. The girl asked: “sausage and bacon, or double bacon?” Our reply was, “no sausage, just bacon”. The service was prompt but the staff did seemed surprised by my husband’s cheery greeting at the window. When they handed over the bag, I knew it was too light to be correct... sure enough, when I opened it... both sandwiches were cold; not even nuked in the microwave to warm and so cold it couldn’t have been in a warming drawer. AND, it was not a double croissant but one piece of cold cheese, one skimpy piece of egg, and then what looked like a serving of double bacon (everywhere else we have had this sandwich it has always been double serving of all ingredients on a single croissant). Sure, we could have gone back around, but what’s the point! Making this sandwich CORRECTLY isn’t rocket science! Management in this location needs to step up and do their job and make sure the staff is...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive through and placed my order at 7:55 am when placing my order, i was asked three times to repeat my order, (when all i ordered was a hash brown). There was one car in front of me who only ordered two items off the value menu. The guy in front of me got his food after waiting TEN whole min, then i finally get to the window and the manager guy is training a new girl who absolutely looked terrified. The manager seemed very mean and kinda coming off as rude to the poor girl. Anyways after paying i was forced to sit there and wait an additional seven more minutes when my hanshbrown was already bagged and in the window before i got there. The girl hands me my food says have a nice day. She was sweet. I pull forward to check and make sure my food was right and its completely cold. U could tell it had been siting out the whole 15 plus mins i was waiting. At that point i just gave up. Stop at the trash and tossed it and came home very unsatisfied and still hungry. Plus i waisted my last three dollars on something i...
