• Update: Made the Regional Manager aware of the issues I had been experiencing at this location. I have been back 3 times since opening for recreational. Each time has been faster than ever before. Have not interacted with the manager since, but the other employees are friendly and follow procedures. Long time Rise patient at various locations throughout the state. Love Mankato and Eagan locations. The Baxter location told me today they’re going to be selling recreational next week. This location cannot effectively and effectively take care of current medical patients. Long wait times even when I’m the only patient there. How long will my wait be after recreational starts. I drive a long distance to wait, not typical for other locations. Many times I’ve waited and then been skipped for someone that comes in 5 minutes later. Manger did not apologize only told me he gets it and the resolution he gave was for me to find them a pharmacist. Blamed the long waits and getting skipped on no pharmacist and putting 2 stickers on each package, which he rudely insinuated was my fault for him having to put stickers on. He was rude, unprofessional and definitely not compassionate. The cashiers got so bored they went on their phones. My cashier did not apologize for the wait and when the manager was requested he made agreed with the manager even though he knew I had waited a very long time. Products appear to be extremely pure and of the highest quality possible with today's technology. Staff was friendly and there was less than a 5 min wait to see the pharmacist and another 5 mins for the meds. Whichever reviewer was going on about solvents and whatnot is either not a smart person, or trolling on behalf of a competitor. You can use CO2 as a solvent, but I would hardly count a little residual C02 as a "solvent" in this context. I can guarantee there's no butane or any similar potentially harmful solvents.

Update: Nothing from above has changed. However, Leafline's competitor has recently slashed their prices. Instead of being more expensive, they are now about 25% cheaper milligram for milligram. I've inquired twice about the price difference and was given the same run-around about how I must be mixing up milliliters and milligrams and I can assure you, I am doing the math correctly. My review will be updated once prices drop to a more reasonable level. I will be driving an extra two hours to the other place and I'll still be saving a ton of money. I am a caregiver for my daughter, which means I pick up the prescriptions for her because she is a minor. When I went the first time, Jess helped me, and she was so patient and very kind. She explained everything to me, and I didn't feel stupid or anything. She is my favorite technician!!! She does amazing at her job. The other staff is also helpful. There have been a couple of times that things have been mixed up, but we were able to get them taken care of by having a consult with the pharmacist over the phone. The last 2 times I've gone, I have had a much longer wait time, but they are always friendly and usually keep me updated while I'm waiting.
