July 2025 Three Months Later — Still Unresolved and Unacceptable It’s now been three months since my original purchase, and I’m beyond disappointed with how this has been handled. One piece of my sectional was eventually replaced. A second piece with minor damage was repaired. But the third and most expensive section? After three technician visits, I’m left with a subpar, visibly flawed “repair” that looks like it was done by someone with no craftsmanship or care. I purchased this sofa as a milestone—my first high-end furniture purchase for my new home. I went in with excitement, ready to invest in the exact piece I’d always wanted. Instead, I’ve ended up with a damaged sectional and a sad excuse for a fix that no reasonable person would accept as “new.” The technician told me this is “as good as it gets.” If that’s truly the case, then this company has no business selling premium-priced furniture. The lack of accountability, poor repair quality, and complete disregard for what it means to deliver a quality product is appalling. It’s clear that this business model is built around cut-rate service and low expectations. If you’re a customer who values quality, follow-through, or being treated with basic respect—go elsewhere. April 2025 Disappointed and Won’t Be Returning I was initially very excited to shop here as I’m furnishing my new home, and my experience started off great thanks to a fantastic sales associate who helped me choose two sofas, a TV console, and a new bed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. While finalizing my purchase in-store, I couldn’t help but overhear the store manager, Courtney, speaking to her staff in an unprofessional and condescending tone. It was uncomfortable and concerning, but I tried to focus on the purchase. That concern became personal when I had to call the store regarding issues with my delivery. Two of the three pieces of a brand-new, special-order sectional (which cost me over $4,000) arrived damaged—one with a hole in the upholstery, another with a crushed frame. The delivery team acknowledged it and told me customer care would be in touch. They were, and I was told it would take 4–6 weeks to get parts for repairs. Then, to make matters worse, the third section—which appeared undamaged—turned out to have a faulty structure. The armrest on the power recliner wobbles several inches side to side. When a technician came out five days later, I was told, essentially, “that’s just how it’s made,” and that repairing it would likely disable the recliner. I couldn’t believe I was five days into owning a $4,000 sofa and being offered a band-aid solution on its most expensive piece. I called the store to update my sales associate, only to find she was off for a few days. So I asked to speak with the store manager, Courtney. That was a mistake. Rather than listening, she spoke down to me, dismissed my concerns, and showed zero empathy. Her tone was combative, her attitude condescending, and there was no sense that she cared about keeping me as a customer. It felt more like she was trying to prove a point than help resolve the issue. It’s clear she may understand how the system works, but she lacks basic customer service skills and the leadership qualities expected from someone in her position. This was supposed to be a milestone for me—my first time purchasing the furniture I really wanted, not a hand-me-down or clearance find. Instead, it’s become a frustrating and disheartening experience. I hope someone in leadership reads this and takes it seriously. The frontline team has potential, but the store’s management is in desperate need of a reset.

Lynne, Carrie and Courtney helped make my remodel a reality. I have never had so much fun shopping for my home. The remodel was one thing after another and they were able to help guide me through the available options to make home as comfortable as possible. I couldn't have asked for better service and expertise. The delivery team was stellar! They were fast and helpful and came up with an even better placement than I had originally planned. Each room feels phenomenal! I ordered a replacement Air Bed matress for my pull out couch. The team was able to adjust my delivery dates and had everything in place just before Thanksgiving! My family and I thank you Lynne for everything! Yes, we're coming back for the other bedrooms! Will not shop anywhere else for this home.

Customer service at Furniture Mart / Ashley Furniture in Brainerd, MN was phenomenal!! We had the pleasure of working with Moshe Levavi & Courtney Leabch, who listened to us and showed us furniture pieces that exactly matched what we were looking for. This was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend this motivated, friendly, and fun staff.

We went to the Baxter store to just look at rocker-recliners. We were met by Kyle, and told him what we were looking for. He was very helpful in explaining where everything was, and said if we had any questions, he would be happy to answer. As we were looking, we had lots of questions about different chairs, he answered and left us to our search. We finally found what we wanted. Before we left we started looking for a mattress. With his help and explanations, we found exactly what fit us. Throughout our search, he couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and patient. We really liked how there was never any pressure. We will definitely be back, and talk to Kyle. He’s a great asset to your store....
