The Disney Skyliner station at Hollywood Studios is sleek, efficient, and honestly the best way to arrive if you’re staying at a Skyliner resort like Pop Century, Art of Animation, Caribbean Beach, or Riviera Resort.

🎢 You’ll soar over Hourglass Lake, make a quick change at Caribbean Beach (the main hub), and glide right into the park. The views? Gorgeous. The breeze? Heavenly. The vibe? Straight up Disney magic.

🌟 Why This Station Rocks: • Drops you off right outside the main entrance — it’s maybe a 2-minute walk to the gate! • Transfers are smooth and the Cast Members are pros at keeping the line moving. • Strollers & wheelchairs? No problem! The Skyliner has stationary gondolas to make boarding easier. • At the end of the night, it’s usually faster than the bus or boat, especially if you beat the post-fireworks crowd.

🔥 What to Expect: • After Fantasmic, there will be a line — but it moves much quicker than you’d think. • It’s fully accessible and shaded, but not totally enclosed, so bring water on a hot day.

What a wonderful ride – even though it’s not a ride. I was somewhat worried that this was just a gimmick for the parks, a redo of the Magic Kingdom skyway that would take you from the haunted mansion to right near space mountain. How wrong I was. This is a beautifully managed and maintained set of connections between EPCOT, Caribbean beach, Riviera, Hollywood studios and, I believe the Magic Kingdom. We had seen it being constructed and decided to give it a try. Very nice. Just like any gondola, it slows down for you to enter and speeds up between the stops. There are 2 benches facing each other that can each fit about 5 people. Windows are all around. There are vents on the top and kept the car cool and breezy. Each transit took about 10 minutes and the cars were kept very clean and the cast members, as always were professional and friendly. The ride is a relaxing way to get from one part of disney to another or just a great place to ride and relax. We ride it as a break from being in the parks. The cabins are spacious enough to seat several people and can easily accommodate a regular sized stroller without need to collapse it. Currently disney puts one family per cabin although once or twice we have ridden with strangers. The cabins have vents on both ends that can be opened or closed to provide fresh air. Each trip is one way meaning you must exit and thn record. There are three routes all connecting at a hub in front of carribbean beach resort. To Epcot coming in at the same entrance as the boats.
