If you have food allergies or your child doesn’t like cheese on a burger speak to an dietary specialist before ordering. I was given a hard time because my child has a slight allergic reaction to cheese. I ordered with Jacob and informed him my child cannot eat cheese on his burger due to allergies. Jacob informed me they will take the cheese off his burger but leave the bacon. I received the order and on the bun is melted cheese mixed in with the bacon. I went back to the counter to give the burger back and only one person acknowledged me after standing there for 3 minutes. The manger Alaine came out to inform me I should have spoken to a dietary specialist before ordering. I informed her how was I suppose to know where to find a dietary specialist in the restaurant. Alaine continues to inform me the different color shirts. At this point everyone is looking at me, it’s 7:30pm, another employee walks up who has a brown shirt on named Grant and my son is still hungry. Also, it was my son’s birthday and another employee before getting our wrong order gave my son a stale desert with dried whipped cream. My experience was an EARLY just opened lunch time...they are so strict about not letting anyone in to restaurant till your order is ready (despite the wheelchair I was in and requesting to go park it that so I would have hands for a tray)...nope...not prorocol...so I waited and waited and waited for notification....every single soul was called in but not me...ten minutes later the app still didn't show ready but they called my name let me in...I parked the chair went and got food which was STONE COLD and went to get condiments with my MASK ON...but NO OTHER GUEST WHO WENt BY MY TABLE NOR WENT TO GET CONDIMENTS HAD A MASK ...huh??? That too is STEICTLY AGAINST disney coivd protocol and isn't cm were everywhere but no one said a word to the dozen or more people I saw who walked by me to get condiments....where is the consistency? 1 srar for stone cold food and the CLEAR arbitrary and capricious enforcement of covid protocols and the lack of safety felt...
Read moreHas a decent variety of things on the menu. Probably one of the best kid's menus with the different sides. A kid meal is enough for an adult. The menu also changes to add 1-2 different items. Refills are available.
It has different types of seating areas and tables. Very clean for counter service. The CMs there were on it at keeping everything clean. Outside is nicely shaded. Inside is cool to look at some of the "backlot" souvenirs. It can get a bit cramped during lunch hour.
This location is in the top 5 counter service locations for me in the 4 parks, yes I have no standards, but I will say it only gets 4 stars because it has the slowest food pickup timeframe I've encountered. The mobile order line can get pretty long. This is definitely a spot you need a table before you have food in your hand as the your party will be waiting for food for at least 10-15 minutes after an order is marked ready.
