Harambe Fruit Market — Local services in Bay Lake

I was so excited to visit this snack stand at Animal Kingdom after having grilled corn during our last trip in December 2021. Unfortunately as of September 2024, the ears of corn are no longer grilled at the stand but left in foil in warmers from being cooked off-site earlier in the day. It doesn’t taste as fresh, as grilled, or as flavorful as I remember. I still recommend the corn as a better-for-you, good value midday snack but am very disappointed in the direction Disney went in terms of quality...

Average Disney snack food in Animal Kingdom. Tried the Mickey Pretzel with cheese sauce. The Mickey pretzel looked cute but it was hard, dry, and oversalted with average flavour. The cheese sauce came in those plastic sealed cups that are shelf stable and cold. Would be better if they used higher quality warm nacho cheese and a softer pretzel similar to Auntie Ann’s or Mr....
