Michael was absurdly rude to me and my girlfriend both. I had specifically asked for a cooler temperature on my coffee when I ordered, but when Michael handed it to me it was full and very, very hot. So I asked if he could pour out some of the coffee and give me some ice (he had a sink right in front of him). He started actually yelling through his mask "Sir, you can't hand me things over the bar!" I didn't hand him anything over the bar, the coffee cup was still sitting where he left it. I said "This isn't drinkable, it's way too hot for me. Can you please pour some of it out and give me some ice or something?" He yelled out again the same thing and said "Can I ask you to please move away from the bar?" I said "You can ask, but you need to fix this drink I just paid for first." He sighed out loud and gave me a small cup of ice. Of course, since he refused to pour out some of my coffee (which was to the brim), coffee overflowed onto the whole countertop. Another person behind me had gotten some creamer for her coffee and asked him to please pour out some of hers so she could pour in the creamer (because hers was also too hot and too full) and he yelled at her as well about handing him things over the counter (??). The small entrances are deceiving because as you walk in, you're greeted with a cathedral heght ceiling height and a very spacious area. There's two main lines that lead to a total of 4 cashiers. Menus are posted clearly behind them. As soon as you order, you pick up your drink at the end of the counter.

The cashiers are friendly and move with a sense of professional urgency. The baristas mix the drinks well and know how to move the lines quickly. The team communicates well together and it's evident in their efficiency.
