Absolutely would not recommend. You watch drivers come and leave empty before assigning you a driver. Waited in line while 2 vehicles left with zero occupants without any communication from drivers. Waste of time. Save the money and frustration, ride the shuttle bus. At least they will great you with a hello and provide some of the Disney sponsored services. Now I understand why there’s never anyone in line, it’s a complete joke of a service.

What a great service! I always find it hard to get around Disney quickly with little kids but this was great! We ordered the ride through Lyft and it was there in under 2 minutes. They each come with 2 carseats and install them (front, rear, or booster) correctly in seconds. Like all things Disney, Steve was great with the kids, too. Definitely the way to get to your timed...

Would be a great service if the servers were reliable. Having them time out your driver request, forcing you to recenter the queue, ends up leaving you waiting for a driver with people getting assigned one before you because you end up at the bottom.
