World Dr & Monorail Way — Local services in Bay Lake

Stayed here for two nights. The convenience to the Magic Kingdom and being able to walk right to the front gate is incredible. Our room was on the Magic Kingdom side and watching fireworks was really great. The fireworks soundtrack even played through our room tv! The pools are nice. The beach area and lounging chairs were wonderfully relaxing. We had four of us staying in our room and it was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped. The sinks in the bathroom were the only annoying thing about the room. The sinks are beautiful but not practical as they sit low and allow you to have no shelf space for setting your toiletries. Resort is nice upon check in. Rooms are not quite you can hear easily guests in rooms next door. No I bottled water in rooms. Went to Wave restaurant for breakfast and was told 30 min wait. I asked for a coffee while we waited and was told no. I was shocked and asked for manager who then proceeded to get a coffee. We also asked why there was a 30 min wait with over 15 tables available. Once again asked for manager who proceeded to get us a table. Once arriving at table which was set for breakfast the coffee cup was dirty. I'm disappointed that a resort this nice doesn't offer coffee to guest when that are waiting There was no special feeling made to guest in my opinion. Will not go back there at...

The contemporary hotel was better than I thought it was gonna be! Checking in was great I got upgraded to a suite in the garden view building room which was huge and spacious! Had two bathrooms, two double sinks, living room, two big screen TVs, king size bed, living room and a sofa bed and walk in closet! Love how my magic band is my room key very convenient! Loved how WiFi worked everywhere throughout the resorts and the bar at wave closed late around 1am but last call is at 12:45am!!! Ate at chef mickeys for breakfast it was good but expensive $40 per person! Love how close magic kingdom is to to hotel I can just walk over!!! Would def stay...
