See Mickey at Town Square Theater — Attraction in Bay Lake

Truth in Advertising. Exactly what it says it is. This is located inside the entrance to the Magic Kingdom just past the part where you scan your tickets. It is on the East side of the circle at the head of the mainstreet. I have passed by this many times and decided to try this as it is one of the few places that I had never visited in the park. It looks like a theater and I expected it to be a show/movie with Mickey having a starring role. You enter and wait in a very pretty theater foyer waiting for the line. It was very pretty. Over time the line moves forward and the secret is revealed. It is NOT a show. It is a place to actually SEE Mickey. He is standing in a room behind a rope where you can take pictures either of him or with him in the background. The setting is like you are in his dressing room with his trunk open ready for him to don his tuxedo, top hat, and gloves for an upcoming show. This would be a wonderful place for anyone with children to see Mickey in an air-conditioned setting and get pictures. It was not what I expected but exactly what it...

We visted Magic Kingdom on Thanksgiving 11-24-22 and this was the 1st thing we did. We walked in right at 9am and waited probably 15 minutes to see Mickey. He is located in the town Sqaure to the right just as you walk through the gates. The lines tend to get longer throughout the day and runs 25 - 60 minutes at times depending on the crowd level. Mickey was dressed in his 50th anniversary clothes and our daughter loved it. I would highly recommend seeing Mickey during your Magic...

Cast members are always great. The meet and greets are fun. I wish this time around Mickey was in 100 clothing like in the 50th celebration but I will take what I can get. The amount of people that can be in line to meet mickey is INSANE. Children should not be expected to stand in a line for more than 30 minutes to meet a character. Something needs to be done about...
