They need to train the baristas better. A ten second pour time on espresso is not right. The drink I got had an astringent and sour taste, because it was clearly under extracted and just prepared wrong. The pastries were not good.

EDIT 3/24/25—they replaced the manual espresso machine with a super automatic. The espresso is consistently...

This is an attractive cafe with coffee and tea choices at the Disney Contemporary resort. The service is friendly and professional. But alas, it serves the mediocre Joffrey coffee. Since customers don't have any other choices, they're stuck with it. But it would be better with a higher...
