Spoke with Jean. Very inflexible and unwilling to work with customers. We attempted to book a property that was listed as pet friendly but our booking was canceled because they stated we could only bring one dog and we have three Shih Tzus. I can understand if this is the rule the company has but Jean was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She showed no empathy and her responses were short and lacked any human emotion. All Jean had to do was be a little more friendly and take a little more time to explain the situation. She was unbelievably dismissive and should not be working with the public.

Update: I didn't include the last name of the person who assisted me (even though it was De Jesus) yet the owner response shows a last name so it's clearly the right company. I took a screenshot of their response in case they try to change it and I will post that too. If you are going to be rude to potential customers, then you will need to accept...

I would not say good quality or good value, I would say GREAT Quality and GREAT Value, along with 100% professional and responsive.
