I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tutto Italia, and I must say, the service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the host, Luca, who welcomed us with a warm and charismatic smile. His professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for the entire meal, ensuring that we felt like VIP guests throughout the evening.
Our server, Rita made us feel right at home. She was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our meal went smoothly from start to finish. What truly stood out, however, was her partnership with Gianmarco, a trainee assistant. Even though Gianmarco is still learning the ropes, he displayed an eagerness to assist and a natural ability to engage with guests. It was clear that he was in the process of absorbing Rita's expertise, and I was impressed by how well the two worked together. Rita’s guidance and Gianmarco's enthusiasm created a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Their teamwork enhanced our time at "Tutto Italia," and it’s clear that both are passionate about offering the best Italian dining experience.
Additionally, we had the pleasure of interacting with other members of the team, such as Alessia D from Naples. She not only attended to our table with great care, but also shared the Italian culture and cuisine, offering a personal touch that made the meal even more special.
We also had the pleasure of being near the bar, where Piersaverio, the bartender, kept us wonderful company. His warm personality, charm, and light conversation made us feel like we were part of the action. We absolutely adored him—he brought so much life and character to our evening.
The camaraderie among the staff—whether exchanging knowledge about Italy or simply ensuring we had everything we needed—added to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. I’m looking forward to returning, not only for the delicious food but for the top-tier service led by Rita and the whole Tutto...
Read moreDisney guests, this is our second time trying this restaurant in Epcot. Our first experience was disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive. This particular day, it was pouring rain and because we had a reservation, we asked if we could sit in the lobby until we were called. The staff refused to let us in and had us go outside to wait.
This past weekend, we decided to try this restaurant a second time, to see if it was a better experience. It was even worse. The restaurant doesn’t open until 12:30, which is when our reservation was booked. At 12:00, the doors were open and we walked in to sit and check in. The female host quickly informed us that they were hit open and that we had to go back outside to wait. I asked what time the doors would open, and she told us that at 12:15, the doors would be open. She literally locked the door before we hardly got out to wait. At 12:28, a staff member raked outside with a large podium and said that he would start checking people in. We checked in first and he told us that we would have to wait outside until they called us. I noticed people started walking inside, so we followed. We waited and waited for our name to be called, and the staff member that was printing out the tickets for seating, had everyone seated but us. We were the first reservation at 12:30 and the other guests were all 12:40 or after. She looked at us several times in disgust. We ended up getting seated and the food was actually pretty good. My complaint is not with the food, it’s with the staff. I know this is a contracted company that rents from Disney, but Disney guests expect Disney service. That’s what makes Disney so special. I would be very cautious about going to this restaurant. Via Napoli is better food and has much...
Read moreHad one of the worst waiting experiences in my life tonight. Have to admit I was excited about trying this place and made an 8:30 reservation it was just me but I had already planned out what I was going to get. I was gonna start with an appetizer (Calamari) and then the risotto and finish it with Cheesecake. I had planned on spending $100 for just me to eat. But my waitress Frederica was so terrible. I thought well maybe bc it was just me she wasn’t paying attention to bc I was a table of 1 and she thinks she won’t make as much off me. but every table she had tonight when I was there was upset about something. I ordered the Calamari and the risotto purposely only eating a portion of each to save room for desert. It took after I got the Calamari for her to bring my Diet Coke so a good 15-20 min to get my drink after it was ordered. She came back after the risotto was brought to me looked at my glasses (both water and Diet Coke) saw they were empty and continued to walk away finally later I had to ask her for a refill. Then she brings the bill didn’t have the discount for the annual pass holder like we had talked about. Notice I didn’t order the desert I had planned bc I was never offered it. I was given the bill paid it and left. She was slow inattentive and didn’t seem to care about her guests at all. I never write bad reviews but when I’m spending $70 for 1 person typically the standards are a little higher (yes I understand in Disney $$ that’s not much) but It’s the first time in my life I ever contemplated walking out on a bill bc the service was that bad from the Waitress. I get better service at the popcorn stand or...
