EDIT: screaming at guests/ minors across the gym that they need to pay by a grown man is very unprofessional and unreasonable. The gym is run very unprofessionally and it hasn’t been made known publicly other ways to pay to all of your guests clearly...... Don’t appreciate whoever handles the financial side of things here. Calling other gym members to tell my business with the gym and being interrupted by strangers during my workout to relay a message that could easily have been spoken in person by someone who actually works here, that is not very professional in my opinion. Might i add, seeing the harassment at the door from the women and her sons with the guests about money and late payments is not comfortable for anyone here. It’s not difficult to speak in a profesional manner to notify someone they are late. To start I have 3 kids.. ages 6, 4, and 2.. we had a sitter on the way but due to my work schedule we had to go ahead and get started viewing the place. Well this very 2 faced woman was very polite to our face saying hi to our kids, to us, with a huge smile on her face. What we didn't know is as soon as we walked away from her she called the owner to make a complaint about our kids being here. Mind u they didn't touch anything. Well the very "polite" lady came and told my friend to call the owner. So she did and this lady. Raoul is the only reason I stayed so long. He helps push clients and create a good atmosphere. The poor review is for Janet. She was always rude to me most times I came in. When I moved I left the gym and she made it clear to me she handled the finances. She told me (I gave them a notice in September) that October 15 would be my last payment withdrawn from my account. November came around and they charged me yet again! Janet was informed and a ripped unusable check was sent to the wrong address!
