Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bay Saint Louis

Had their lunch buffet for the first time the other day and it was good. I really liked that they always were putting fresh food out. Like the pasta for instance, it still have like 1/4 left in it and they took it out and put fresh in. They were constantly putting out new pizza and a different variety. My only problem was that my drink stayed empty for like 10mins, but the waitress had way to much of a load. She was the only one working the tables and they were pretty full with more people coming in. She was waitressing and bussing the tables, so I dont put the fault on her I put the fault on management for putting so much of a load on 1 person. Just about every table was full and she was running from the register to the tables all while trying to make sure every customer was satisfied. There was a couple people who's cups were empty, but she stayed busy and I'm sure she probably knew drinks were needed, but was trying to get people seated and clean tables and take orders and etc... I would recommend their buffet though, just maybe when it's not busy and only 1...

Don't order delivery from this store ..they do not have a delivery driver, as I learned when I ordered pizza for delivery from this store via the app with no problem. I got a confirmation and watched the tracker for the pizza to be ready ad delivered. After an hour goes by with the tracker saying that my order was out for delivery I called the store and they couldn't find my order apparently they can't look up orders using confirmation numbers or by what you ordered so after another 30 minutes and a bunch of attitude from William who apparently thinks blaming the customer is the proper way to handle his stores mistakes I get told that they don't have a delivery driver at their store at all so they don't do deliveries. I got no apology was not offered anything but the advice to use door dash or pick up for future orders, which will never happen because of the staff's incompetence. I did end up ordering from door dash but...

I ordered a pizza and 3 orders of chicken wings with 4 blue cheese dressings. I received a call and was told no delivery because they had no drivers, we had to pick up my order. The lady was very nice and friendly/apologetic. when we got our order home there were no Blue Cheese dressings. About $3.00 worth of product missing? Then about 60 minutes after we ate, my husband and I both had to make a mad dash for the restroom. We both had horrible Diarrhea. My husband only ate the hot wings I ate the pizza and felt fine. We thought maybe he caught a bug. Then later I had some hot wings and we were fighting over the bathroom. Still hungry, I ate more pizza. I was fine.
