This is not actually my personal review… But I just saw this on Facebook today. Someone posted about their visit today in fact, and this is what he said…..
I am not usually on to rant or rave, but I went to Popeyes this evening. I had a coupon for a 10-piece chicken 2 sides and 5 biscuits. They asked what the code was on the coupon I am older those codes are in small type I said I couldn't read it. Then in the background, I hear if you can't read it you can't have it and the laughter from employees afterward. I pulled to the window and it was the manager that had said it, pretty rude. I went there for a simple meal. I thought they might say they would help me read the code. Instead, all I got was being rude to and have the employees laughing, what happened to a little courtesy or respect for people. I know they won't go broke if I don't ever eat there again but not ever going there after being put in that position. Thanks for the opportunity to let me vent a little bit about how our establishments can treat people.
Why can’t Businesses and/or employees just be kind, appreciative, courteous and grateful towards customers? I mean, really in all actuality, if you didn’t have customers coming in to purchase your goods and services, you would have no income, probably no home, no car etc., and would struggle greatly financially to make ends meet! That in turn Causes numerous other hardships, like depression, anxiety, and stress, not only for you, but your spouse, your children and your entire family unit.
You know, it’s hard to find A good employee these days too. So to you employers, you are the LEADER of that business. So not only do those rude and hateful employees reflect back to YOU it is a reflection of YOUR BUSINESS that you have worked so hard and tirelessly, too build and maintain… So essential, it all comes back to you. Hopefully you treat your employees with respect, dignity, and care…. But you should care about your business and your employees Enough to always try to praise and correct in the same positive manner. Always try to keep morale boosted, because if your employees are happy, your customers are happy!!! I hope this was an isolated incident and this is not the way your St. Louis store is run on a day-to-day basis. I am so sorry to the gentleman this happened to today. I hope he and others well give you a...
Read moreI used to think this is the best Popeyes because of the freshness and flavor of the food. This year and part of last year's experience has changed my mind. I have a son who is a person with autism, and if his feelings are hurt, so are mine. The staff has never disrespected me or him, and we always get our food fresh. The night shift is totally different from the day shift. This particular night I requested 24 wings to be cooked fresh, and the manager and staff had no problem. When our order was ready we thanked everyone and went out of the door, the manager ran behind us and said, "Did you get your fries?" I looked in the bag and the fries were not in there. I replied, "No!" The manager told me that he will get them for me. I was tired that night, so I sent my son inside the store to wait for the fries. After about five minutes my son gets in the car and tells me that when he went back inside, the girl cleaning the table said, "What is he waiting for?" And one of the staff replied, "fries!" And this girl said, "Uhhh this annoys me, the food is fresh!" She all in the cool aid and don't know the flavor. My son wasn't complaining we were asked to come in and get the fries because they were missing from the order. The manager caught that mistake when we didn't! So I don't know why she even said anything. My son told me to let it go, and not confront the girl. I wanted to tell management but I didn't make a big deal about the situation. We all need a job! My son looked at me and said, "I don't ever want to come back to this Popeyes ever!" It broke my heart because my son is very nice especially in public. We travel 44 minutes away from home because this is literally the best Popeyes food. But shot out to the male manager for always helping us and...
Read moreI've never been treated so cold at any restaurant like I was a few weeks ago , and especially for it being a Takeout and Drive-Thru place Mostly.l only treat myself and my family to some good fried chicken seldomly because of the high price spike that.
we've all been suffering through and I think that's why we should help each other out,, be kind to each other because we're in this Economy Nightmare together, thanks to Pres. Biden They didn't give me a choice of sauces and made me pay for the ones I did want,,, They skimped me out of 6 pieces of chicken but I didn't notice it until we got home and they barely gave me any gravy and they. forgot the extra gravy I had ordered after spending almost $70.00 and I didn't even get a smile with it,,, I'm always thankful, smiling and appreciative to all my fellows brethren and sister's in Christ,,, but I think that all that they could see was white,,, yes, the color of my skin,,, I'll say it and I won't be ashamed to admit it. It's becoming a very entitled community of people in the world,, or at least in Bay St Louis Mississippi. instigated from them don't get to go to Popeyes too often because of the prices being so high, but I love treating my family to it...
