Burger King — Restaurant in Bay Saint Louis

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD… I HOPE THIS PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN FOR OTHER PEOPLES HEALTH!! We ordered our food at 6:37 and didn’t receive it until 7:20. When we got to the window we received our two sodas & we told them we had a milkshake as well, she asked us to pull around the building and said she would bring our shake when she brought out food out, I saw one of the employees literally capping my milkshake as she said that…. When we finally received our food it was so cold it was almost not edible.. the fries were the only thing that weren’t cold. My milkshake was so melted it wasn’t even funny. I paid over $4 for my milkshake for just for it to be almost warm and completely melted. Moral of the story is, don’t eat here. They have horrible service, horrible food & a dirty store. We literally saw drinks that had straws in the on the table where they prep the food… just nasty. My friend is now throwing up and I have the most horrid stomach ache. If you wanna eat here, expect to be waiting for at least an hour and expect food poisoning as well. This is just gross. I literally WORK in fast food and this is all of the things that an establishment...

Never in my life! Went here ordered food requested a receipt 3 times only to be told I could not have a receipt and the bagging ticket will have to do! I have received a receipt every other time! The people working were so rude and hateful. So, instead of continuing with rude individuals, I told them fine if they cannot provide me with a receipt they can take the product and return my money as I needed a receipt with the transaction. The rude lady in the window told a man "you talk to her I don't want to deal her I just can't" then the man says give me your card and pull around I will bring it back....ummm no sir I will wait right her for my card to be returned to me. So he got snotty and said "yeah you do that" then basically threw it back at me. No wonder why the girl in the window felt that was appropriate customer service.... her manager had the same attitude. I asked for the corporate number they just shut the window. Never had a problem there in the early morning when I would go there. Always received a receipt and great service by the wonderful lady (whom I believe may be the morning manager I'm not sure) but this experience...

I used to love this restaurant with the old management but this new management is awful I work for DoorDash around lunch time I had went there and picked up an order and delivered it to the person that person called me said it was the wrong order I went back to Burger King The manager accused me of stealing the food refused to remake it and quit making the next five orders that I showed up there to get causing my reviews and ratings to drop. This Burger King has given me the worst experience I have ever had...... I had showed her my phone with the order on it before she gave me the wrong order I only delivered what she gave me and then her and her employees tried to fight me after I told her that if she thought I stole it to call the cops because I knew I didn't and the person I delivered the food to is a cop.
