When we walked into the store we were greeted but the people who greeted us were very rude we tried to ask for what we were looking for and they made it seem stupid for asking for a particular kind of pants my husband and I both felt like as though we were not welcomed and they did not want our business so we decided to leave and go to a different store that was able to help us with the item that we were looking. Another person was walking in as we were leaving out and they greeted him as if he was the actual customer we felt the difference. Great local place for the clothes you can't find at the big chains. They are a little pricey, but as someone else pointed out it is what it is, but you pay for what you get. I usually only get winter gear: hat, gloves, dickey, but it is rare because of the quality of the product. Hence the price. I have winter stuff from years ago that is still keeping me warm. And they are a big, local school uniform store. They also have screen printing services. If you are looking for the boots, work and casual gear clothes, and other little accoutrements usually found in an 'Army and Navy' store, this is the place. The 1st time I stopped in there looking for boots I was just window shopping and nobody gave me any trouble. That was 3 weeks ago today I returned to finally purchase those boots. And I found out that all the top reviews on here were true as far as the customer service... The owner Maria was very attentive, accommodating and gave me options to purchase the right boot balanced with comfort and safety. Because of this, I decided to purchase more items in her store and she was very nice. Definitely worth checking out and shopping local for your whole family. I will be returning....
