Zero star If possibly. I went in to get a Sorbet beverage. The “so-called” manager came from the back on a phone call to take my order. I told her I’d like a Orange Tangerine Sorbet Beverage. She asked what size. I was still deciding when she yelled,”WHAT SIZE?”
Upon paying she charged me a total of $5.32. I thought I’ve gotten this here before and it’s never this price for a small. I grabbed my receipt because she failed to give me one or ask if I wanted one. And I see where her mistake was. She charged me for a small shake$4.99 which it is not. It’s a dairy-free beverage way on the other side of the menu board and a small is $3.99.
So when I mention that she charged me wrong and she should give me the difference back she became super irate arguing with me that it’s a shake and pointing to the shake menu but the drink isn’t on there its on the sorbet beverage board!
Her swearing she is the manager should have hung up her phone before helping a customer and she should have realized her mistake and corrected it without a problem or that nasty attitude.
I then ask for the owners information to call him. She says she doesn’t have it but then calls him and denies me the right to speak to him.
Then instead of refunding back my card she gives me a full cash refund and says, “you know what?” Takes my drink and throws it out.
WOWWWWWWW!
You’re a clown and you need a new job. There is no way that you’re a manager and can’t admit to your own mistake.
Contacted Mr. Saleh “the owner” whose name was on the register till even though he was not even on the premise. Never responded back.

I did a online order and was nice enough to call them to ask it was ready and the lady behind the counter was rude over the phone and said it wasn't ready! When I went across the street to get the order, she was still rude in front of many customers saying how was alone and was trying to ask who complained the last time when our order was messed up. I understand she may be alone but it is not my problem that she has no help with many customers. Sounds like she doesn't like her job the way she spoke to me over the phone and in person. Not only she was rude but our order was messed up once again. Instead of complaining about your job, why don't she just get a new job since she clearly doesn't like it. If anyone tries to make a online order, note that the options most of them they don't have. What a bad experience and won't be returning here again unless she is fired for poor...

This is the third time we’ve arrived at 8pm and they’ve been closed. I’ve even called and spoke to the man with short brown curly hair with the accent and asked bc after the first time I wanted to confirm. He said yes we close at 9pm. I show up at 8:30pm and they were closed. I even turned around to make sure I got a picture with a time stamp to prove it. So today for the third time I went same thing closed at 8pm.
