Was sold on GameStop $20.00 insurance for my Xbox elite controller but was denied the service upon my return 9 months later with receipt in hand by the same person in charge. My back right top paddle button button gave up and would not function properly however but because the rubber grips was peeling off (also a manu. defect) I was turned down and my insurance was void. I was upset and argued my complaint but was shut down. They couldn't even help me and did not want to. The person even dropped my controller on the counter by accident trying to put it back in the box. Before I lost my cool, I decided to leave and try Microsoft support center. I am not shopping at any GameStop's in person or online anymore. This and past experiences have always left a bad taste in my mouth.

Read moreThis is the worst store ever. I bought a system from them and it stopped working less than a year later. All I wanted was a copy of my receipt and apparently noone there could give me it. I guess its because they have something against me since I didnt purchase "gamestop Insurance" so noone wanted to help me. I haven't been able to play my ps4 in over a week and I haven't even been able to send it out yet because this wonderful gamestop couldn't just simply re print me a reciept. The second game stopped working within a month. I had to return that one and my final and last time Was getting a replacement which stopped working. Also in the store manager has refused to give me my money back. And if I wanted to trade it in for my warranty I had to pay another warranty fee.
