If I can give this place zero stars I would. The verbal abuse that you receive here from the billing department is not worth seeing the doctor! The doctor allows this mistreatment to go on in her own office! My mother went to get treatment for her anxiety to only get mistreated and verbally attacked by the billing girl! Who needs to humble herself because she is only a billing rep! You don’t speak to older people disrespectfully over billing concerns. A notice was never sent and she mocked my mother by “saying you know this isn’t charity care here.” First of all my mother is nothing but the kindest person and left there with more anxiety and a stress attack by the time she got home! Verbal abuse is real and they will get reported! My mother raised her children who are professionals who have no problem of taking care of her bills and besides that she actually has insurance and not a charity case! She wasn’t aware of the balance owed because she never received the notice because of her move and they never called to follow up with her to notify her of her balance due. We would’ve taken care of it for her. This billing rep goes out of her way to embarrass my mother with the loudest voice in front of others in the waiting room then proceeds to tell my mom she needs to pay $600 in cash and directs her to the nearest ATM machine because what older person is carrying that much money in cash! Disrespectful! Who raised this person?! Even if my mom was actually was a “charity case” … people need to remember where they come from and learn how to act professionally! I bet this rep Sandra would not like her family spoken to in that manner! The owner needs to step in and review their staff. No one is allowed to attack my mother or anyone else for that matter. Do not let your elderly or anyone come to this office all they care about is money and not your well being!
Also - my sister called today to speak to the doctor directly and she refused to get on the phone and still allowed this rude woman to continue arguing with us. An apology was still never given for the outburst and an apology is owed to my mother as she left there so...

Excellent doctor with wonderful bedside manner and with extensive experience in internal medicine. Kudos to the excellent, exceptional and efficient medical staff who assist in the daily operations of the medical office and have to battle with the pharmacies for the correct prescriptions.
